Be active in repairing the world and keeping her and her inhabitants healthy.

Ruach

 

Enthusiasm, spirit, life force.  Allow your ruach to be felt.

Acts of kindness.  One of three pillars the world needs to exist.  Simon the Righteous said that world continues to exist because of three things; Torah Study, Worship of HaShem and performance of gemilut chasadim.
